I am a professional massage therapist who was licensed in the state of Florida in 2009 and have been in practice ever since that time. I am NOT a big-box, assembly line massage clinic. My practice focuses on individualized massage therapy designed specifically for you and your needs. Your initial visit will begin with a conversation between the two of us so that we can design a treatment that will provide the desired outcomes according to your personal needs. I specialize in both deep pressure and neuromuscular massages and will be happy to provide the type of massage that you desire to achieve the outcomes we discussed in our personal conversation.
Neuromuscular therapy can be used to treat sufferers of lower or upper back pain, carpal tunnel-like symptoms, sciatica-like symptoms, hip pain, headaches, plantar fasciitis, calf cramps, tendonitis, knee pain, iliotibial band friction syndrome, and temporomandibular joint pain (TMJ disorders).
If you suffer from fascia restriction due to inflammation, traumas (such as from a fall or car accident), work injuries, poor posture, lack of stretching due to prolonged sitting or standing, and repetitive motions such as factory work or keyboarding, then let me assist with your issue utilizing Myofascial therapy.
If relaxation is what you seek, then allow my Swedish massage to do the trick. In my massages, I use aromatherapy, spa music, low lighting, and a table warmer to create a warm, tranquil spa experience that is sure to please. I also offer chair massages for those that are unable to have a massage performed upon a table.

Established in 2015.
A graduate of the Cortiva Institute, I began my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist providing mobile massage services to clients in the Tampa/St Petersburg area. This is where I learned the value and honor of massaging clients in their homes – their sanctuaries. Then, in April 2015, I started a new and exciting journey to become the owner of my own establishment. On August 10, 2015, the doors to Stone Temple Massage officially opened and all were and still are welcomed. Please come, relax, and let me share all that Stone Temple Massage has to offer.

Born in Ohio, My family and I moved to Bradenton when I was 7. I graduated From Manatee High School in 1997. I worked at Disney from 1998 to 2000. I graduated from Manatee Community College in 2005 with an AA in fine arts and then moved to Saint Petersburg. I then attended the Cortiva School of Massage in Pinellas Park in 2008. I graduated in September 2009 and then was licensed in December 2009.
